Primary Responsibilities:
• The main function is to offer regular daily activities of customer services within the region;
• Responsible for receiving customer complain and respond in timely manner to all service companies from distributer and/or customers;
• Responsible for recording, analyzing service call and provide the management service manager;
• Responsible for all functions of regional Service Engineer’s of the region for any assigned task by the service manager including but not limited to system pre-installations, installation, operations training, system troubleshooting, system repairs and other requirements for technical support;

POSITION SUMMARY:
• The Clinical Applications Specialist facilitates and provides expert clinical training, deliver customer excellence. Collaboration with the sales, service and R & D teams to ensure a positive customer relationship while prompting internal team integration.
FUNCTIONS:
• To effectively educate customers to operate Neusoft equipment proficiently and safely, ensuring customer satisfaction;
• Sales support – remote demos, providing clinical images; provide tender technical documents, product catalogues, newsletter and other sales technical documents; support sales at exhibitions, on site customer meeting;
• Product technical training to sales staff and dealers;
• To translate or review marketing documents in Portuguese;
• To collect market information and assist making competition strategy;
• Responsible to maintain installation reference site to improve customer satisfaction;
• Service support – clinical information for service reports, FCO testing and support;
• R & D support – product development, patch support & testing;
• Other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• College Diploma;
• 3+ years of CT / MR experience is needed;
• Teaching / training experience preferred;
• Strong customer service and communication skills;
• Able to work both individually and in an established team setting;
• Must be willing to work different shifts as business needs dictate;
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally;
• Ability to travel 60% of the time;
• Fluent English in spoken and writing.
