Sales Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze market environment to set up marketing and sales strategy
• Organize marketing activities
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, agreement and sales contracts.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
• Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
• Direct sales in Germany
• Other duties as assigned.

 

Key competencies:

• Bachelor degree and above;
• Good marketing and sales activity planning, implementation, and effects assessment capabilities;
• Business negotiations ability;
• Product knowledge and financial basics.
• Master of corporate strategy and development direction, familiar with the brand management and marketing knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible to drive the product portfolio to meet the needs of the market;
• Responsible to pre-sales, post-sales support for products in region by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed;
• Responsible to prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets, also to identify and resolve the products customers concerns;
• Responsible to open new market and make marketing plans;
• Responsible to monitor customer installations to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships;
• Responsible to provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process;
• Responsible to collect sales and marketing information's and demo units, and to conduct market research to provide market review report to HQ each quarter;
• Responsible to support HQ and subsidiary marketing activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• The main function is to offer regular daily activities of customer services within the region;
• Responsible for receiving customer complain and respond in timely manner to all service companies from distributer and/or customers;
• Responsible for recording, analyzing service call and provide the management service manager;
• Responsible for all functions of regional Service Engineer’s of the region for any assigned task by the service manager including but not limited to system pre-installations, installation, operations training, system troubleshooting, system repairs and other requirements for technical support;
•Support other sales and marketing department for any required information needed.

Key competencies:

• More than 3 years of relevant work experience, 2 years of medical maintenance/service or related work experience;
• Highly creative problem solvers who can work under the pressure of deadlines;
• Medical knowledge related to product clinical operations (CT & MRI);
• Diploma and above;
• Fluent in English.

POSITION TITLE: Clinical Applications Specialist

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

LOCATION: Sao Paulo

DIRECT LINE REPORT:General manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

• The Clinical Applications Specialist facilitates and provides expert clinical training, deliver customer excellence. Collaboration with the sales, service and R & D teams to ensure a positive customer relationship while prompting internal team integration.

FUNCTIONS:

• To effectively educate customers to operate Neusoft equipment proficiently and safely, ensuring customer satisfaction;
• Sales support – remote demos, providing clinical images; provide tender technical documents, product catalogues, newsletter and other sales technical documents; support sales at exhibitions, on site customer meeting;
• Product technical training to sales staff and dealers;
• To translate or review marketing documents in Portuguese;
• To collect market information and assist making competition strategy;
• Responsible to maintain installation reference site to improve customer satisfaction;
• Service support – clinical information for service reports, FCO testing and support;
• R & D support – product development, patch support & testing;
• Other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Diploma;
• 3+ years of CT / MR experience is needed;
• Teaching / training experience preferred;
• Strong customer service and communication skills;
• Able to work both individually and in an established team setting;
• Must be willing to work different shifts as business needs dictate;
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally;
• Ability to travel 60% of the time;
• Fluent English in spoken and writing.
